Ken D. Johnson
Ken D. Johnson is a Principal at Business Development Advisers, LLC (BDA). He is a marketing and business development executive with over 15
years of experience working with leading accounting and professional services consulting firms in the United States including Hill & Knowlton, Ernst
& Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture serving in both managerial and executive level positions. In this capacity, he has worked across
several industries developing and implementing innovative marketing and business development strategies, methodologies and processes. He has
been actively involved in business development both nationally and internationally and has developed a number of proprietary methodologies and
tools to enhance market share and drive profitable revenue growth. As a leader in the business development field, Mr. Johnson’s expertise is in
identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the marketplace and in formulating effective strategies to improve business performance. Additionally,
Mr. Johnson has provided coaching and business development training to senior executives at several professional services firms. Mr. Johnson has
had several business development speaking engagements including The World Bank-IMF as well as in academia.
Mr. Johnson is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a former Vice President for Strategic Planning at the American Society for
Training and Development (ASTD NY). Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Baruch College with a major in Economics and Finance.

Constance S. Diané
Constance S. Diané is a Principal at Business Development Advisers, LLC (BDA). She has over 10 years experience working with
PricewaterhouseCoopers and other professional services firms in the United States. She has extensive experience working with senior executives
in advancing and strengthening client relationships. She has worked with numerous client teams both supporting and leading various brand
enhancing and business development efforts including responses to Requests for Proposal. She has played a central role within several teams in
coordinating million-dollar client pursuit opportunities. In her account management role, Ms. Diané has identified, developed and implemented
strategies to increase profitable growth and led executive teams by providing strategic guidance and coaching during business development
training, and account planning workshops. She has successfully identified important industry trends and client development opportunities resulting in
increased win rate.
Ms. Diané is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) . Ms. Diané is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors of Science in
Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration.
